C3 Board Alliance is an invitation-only membership organization helping CFOs, CHROs and General Counsels interact most effectively with their board, and with each other.

The Alliance has been a launchpad for C3 executives receiving board invitations.

The Alliance provides data, insights and examples of how other boards respond to specific challenges.

The Alliance is founded on the premise that enterprise and division-level C3 executives must explore new strategies for managing complex board dynamics:

  • Breadth and Depth. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the commercial, human capital, financial, and regulatory drivers of the enterprise. 

  • Alignment. Present a united front to the board and investors when addressing critical business issues.

  • Accountability. C3 executives are stewards of performance and financial oversight. They must deliver the CEO’s strategy and TSR objectives.

C3 Board Alliance is an offspring of The Prium, a society of prominent CEOs who have been meeting privately for 16 years.
